Shipping & Delivery
We take great pride in our customer service, and it all starts with our industry-leading shipping and delivery process.Typically, you will receive your Massage Chair in 2 to 3 weeks. Massage Accessories take 1-2 weeks. Massage Chairs USA will deliver your Massage Chair in one of two ways. For iJoy you will receive your chair via UPS. For all larger chairs your chair will be shipped via standard freight. Assemble for all iJoy and Human Touch is very simple and can be completed within 10 minutes. Assembly for Perfect Chair requires minimal installation and comes with the required tools. Total time to complete installation should be no more than 25 minutes. Get-A-Way installation requires the connection of the ottoman to the chair with a screw driver. Total time is 5 minutes. White glove delivery service is available for an additional charge of $169.
